SEASONAL RATES 2025

Note: Rates listed below include all taxes, fees, and departure cleaning. NO ADD-ONS.

• January - March:  $1,190 / week
• April:  $1,190 / week
• May:  $1,190/ week (Excluding Memorial Day Week)
• Memorial Day Week:  $1,590
• June:  $1,590 / week
• July:  $1,590 / week
• August:  $1,590 / week
• September:  $1,190 / week
• October:  $1,190 / week
• November: $890/ week
• December: $890 / week

RENTAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

• Contract and payment arrangements made directly with owner
• Rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday
• Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Weekly rental rates include departure cleaning and all fees and taxes
• Upon your receipt of contract, $450.00 reservation deposit is required within seven (7) days or reservation will not held;  Balance due three (3) weeks prior to occupancy start date
• Monthly rentals are available
• Monthly rental rates do not  include the cleaning fee, but require a $120.00 departure cleaning fee in addition to the rental rate
• Personal, business or cashiers checks are currently accepted as a form of payment 
• Condo keys and a parking pass will be mailed to you upon receipt of final rental payment

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
• 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date
• No refunds if canceled less than 30 days before arrival date
• No refunds for inclement weather
